The seasons are changing. Kids are back in school. Schedules are packed. And everywhere you turn, something is going around.

This is the time to get serious about nourishing your body.

Your body needs nutrients to function at its best and plants deliver. Vitamins. Minerals. Antioxidants. Phytonutrients. Hydration. The good stuff your body uses every single day.

Don't Wait Until You Feel Run Down.

The best time to support your body isn’t when you already feel something coming on, it’s every day. As the seasons change, so should your routine. Cooler temperatures, shorter days and busier schedules make it even more important to be intentional about how you’re taking care of yourself.

Hydrate. Start your morning with water and keep it going throughout the day. Add lemon, cucumber or fresh fruit when you want to make hydration a little more interesting.

Prioritize sleep. Your body does some of its most important recovery work while you sleep. A consistent bedtime and a little less screen time at night can go a long way.

Eat the rainbow. Fill your day with fruits, vegetables, leafy greens, herbs and spices. Different plants deliver different vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and phytonutrients, variety is a good thing.

Take care of your gut. Your gut and immune system are closely connected. Fiber-rich whole plant foods help support a diverse gut microbiome and give those beneficial microbes something to thrive on.

Get outside + move your body. Take a walk. Soak up some natural light. Stretch. Move in a way that feels good. It doesn’t have to be complicated to count.

Make room to slow down. Stress is part of life, but so is recovery. Step away from the screen, take a walk, breathe deeply, read a book or simply give yourself a few quiet minutes.

And don’t forget the basics. Wash your hands, drink your water, get your sleep and listen to your body.

Most importantly? Load up on plants.

And that's why we designed the Green Farm Cold + Flu Pack.

Four Products. One Purpose: Nourish and Protect Your Body.

We specifically crafted this lineup to pack a wide variety of fruits, vegetables, greens, roots, herbs and spices into your day to fight off what's lingering around.

The Cold + Flu Pack includes

Krazy Karma - Pineapple, Orange, Sweet Potato & Turmeric

Vitamin C, beta-carotene and antioxidant-rich plant compounds in one seriously powerful juice.

Green Guru - Spinach, Cucumber, Celery, Lemon & Ginger

Greens + hydration + ginger + lemon. A nutrient-packed combination that makes getting more plants incredibly easy.

Flu Shot - Ginger, Orange Juice & Apple Cider Vinegar

A concentrated hit of ginger and vitamin C containing orange juice with an ACV kick.

Chilled Ayurvedic Tea - CCF Tea, Clove, Ginger & Turmeric

Warming herbs and spices traditionally used to support wellness and digestion.

One pack. Four products. A whole lot of plants.

And Then There’s Elderberry.

Our Immunity Shot deserves a permanent spot in your fall routine.

Elderberries get their deep purple color from anthocyanins,  powerful antioxidant plant compounds that help protect cells from oxidative stress. Elderberry has also been traditionally used for immune and respiratory wellness, making it an especially popular choice during cold-and-flu season.

Shake it. Shoot it. Get on with your day.

Don’t Wait Until You Feel Run Down. Cold and flu season isn't the time to put nourishment on the back burner.
