Know What You're Drinking!

Recently, we’ve started seeing one of the biggest national juice chains popping up everywhere — local delis, grocery stores, even Costco.
And honestly? It’s made us want to evangelize freshness even more.
Because if your “fresh” juice has been sitting on a shelf for 30, 45, or 60 days… let’s call it what it is.
That’s not fresh.
One of the biggest shifts in the juice industry happened when massive juice companies stopped prioritizing freshness and started prioritizing shelf life. Why? Because fresh juice is hard to scale. Real juice expires quickly. Real juice is alive. Real juice is perishable.
So the industry introduced HPP — High Pressure Processing.
HPP is used to extend the shelf life of juice so it can survive warehouses, trucking, grocery store shelves and long distribution timelines. Yet many of these bottles still sit in the cooler labeled “fresh,” “raw,” and “cold-pressed.”
But if a juice can sit untouched for months, what exactly are you drinking?
People started drinking cold-pressed juice because they wanted something pure. Something vibrant. Something made from actual fresh produce — not a wellness-branded bottle engineered for national distribution.
At some point, convenience took over wellness.
And consumers are catching on.
Because deep down, we all know there’s something a little gross about drinking a juice that’s older than the produce sitting in your refrigerator drawer.
Know what you’re drinking.
Know how long it’s been sitting.
Know why you’re drinking it in the first place.
